That looks absolutely awful. The slate is terrible in and of itself. But to add that upside down wine glass abomination goes above and beyond. What even is it?!
The only approach I can think of is: Eat everything around the glass first. Then pick up the “plate” and glass together and invert them. Remove the plate and finish by eating the noodles out of the glass, which is now right side up.
