7 and 10 for us, they have our old phones pretty locked down. They can use Libby unlimited for audio books or normal reading, music, learning games. For free time the can play games sometimes but we monitor that pretty good. They are set to lock at lights out time and unlock again in the morning. It’s worked out pretty good for us so far
