My 14 month old had a short wake up at 2:40am. For whatever reason (work stress, mostly) I couldn’t get back to sleep. I’ll be running on about 4 hours of sleep and caffeine today.

Best advice I’ve got: If you qan manage it, try to catch a power nap about mid day. It won’t make up for the sleep lost, but will make coping with it more tolerable!

This is how I have managed to maintain sanity a reasonable amount of the time as a parent. Thank goodness for working from home. About to take a short snooze now!
